Fidelis

Fidelis is a leading importer, distributor and retailer of high-end 'audiophile' equipment based in Nashua, NH. I was buying a set of speakers there, and while paying happened to mention in passing (to the owner, it turned out) that the store's existing website didn't really match up to the quality and aesthetics of the products they sold.

This initial conversation led to a lasting friendship, and in exchange for a standing discount I made Fidelis a new site, comprised of:

• a new visual design and set of responsive templates

• a new information architecture, making navigation far more intuitive

• new flows encouraging contextual browsing of products and services (the average visitor now visits upwards of ten pages; in a pandemic, this is as near to an in-store experience of browsing as you could hope for)

• a new 'pre-owned' section, allowing Fidelis to sell this equipment directly (and forming an addictive incentive for customers to return to the site frequently)

• a fully custom and modern Statamic content management system, making frequent updates effortless.

Future plans include more visual refinement and a full eCommerce solution.
